Please read carefully before booking your appointment

This page will explain the scheduling process. It is designed to let you choose a qualified instructor. You do not need to be concerned with location if you are testing via Zoom conferencing. Choose any instructor offering the course and time you require.

1 – Use the map below to locate an instructor who is qualified to offer a skills test for the course you ordered.

2 – There are two ways to search for an instructor. If you are planning to work via Zoom conferencing, just choose an available instructor. You can optionally enter your city name in the top right box labeled “Search Location”. The second is to expand the map to show a larger area. To do this press the little magnifying glass with a “-” and you will see a larger area. The “+” simply narrows to a smaller geographic area.

3 – The light blue ‘pins’ on the map indicate locations of instructors. As you move your cursor over a pin, you’ll see the name and qualification(s) of the instructor.

4 – You do NOT need to find a local instructor if you plan to skills test online via remote video conferencing but be aware of the time zone differences.

5 – Choose an instructor with the desired skill testing qualifications by clicking on the pin. Note that as you slide your cursor over the pin, the courses and available tests from this instructor will appear.

6 – Next, press the “Book” button.

7 – A browser window will pop open another tab beside this one which allows you to select specific dates and times.  (NOTE: If you do not see tab open.   This is because your browser has redirects or pop-ups blocked. For instructions on how to correct this please read the document for the browser you are using: Firefox and Chrome.

It takes only a couple of clicks to setting to make this change. This is ONLY needed if you cannot see the appointment day/date scheduling page after clicking “Book”).

8 – The booking page will allow you to make your entries on the RIGHT side of the page.

9 – From here you can select an instructor and find available times/dates. When your booking is complete, you and your instructor will receive an email confirmation. Remember to always check your spam folder.
