Phil Hershey has taught me and my colleagues BLS, ACLS, PALS for many years. He is more knowledgeable in the subjects than anyone I know. He is an excellent instructor in his ability to parlay his knowledge in an interesting and humorous fashion that always keeps his students interested in their acquisition of knowledge and refreshment of what they have learned previously. we have never had a better instructor and he will continue to be our instructor for BLS, ACLS, PALS for as long as he continues to teach. I highly recommend him.
