Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid only in the instance listed below.  If these criteria is not met we cannot, unfortunately offer you a refund.

  1. You may request a full refund any time before taking a virtual course.
  2. You may request a full refund within 48 hours of taking a live course or you may reschedule your course for another session.
  3. Refund requirements
    1. Customer account in good standing
    2. Courses not taken

You may always reschedule any virtual skills testing or live classes if we are notified 48 hours of class time.  See individual requirements on scheduling page.

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It’s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn’t work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration, or software and as a result the service is not working.
